I am puzzled by what you said. Every one that I know of gets paid for work that they did, after it is done. I got paid twice a month, for the work I did the previous half month. Hourly workers get paid on Friday for work done the previous week. I ran their payrolls.
So are you saying that a top model (at X-Art) will get $2500 before the shooting assignment begins, but in your case, you pay them afterwards? Now that I think about it, a prostitute demands the money before the sex. At least that is what happens in the movies. I don't have any first hand knowledge of that. Its against my "religion" too.
